Katie grew up in Harmony, Pennsylvania and attended the University of Dayton where she graduated with a degree in Environmental Biology. Katie received her Juris Doctor degree from Barry University School of Law.
Professional
Katie is a partner with Lope Casker, and assists clients with all aspects of estate planning and administration, including the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney. Katie represents individuals and families with a variety of estate planning issues, including legal, financial, tax and real estate issues, with a focus on asset protection planning. Katie works closely with her clients to understand their goals, their family situation, and their financial situation, and strives to develop a customized estate plan designed to achieve those goals and provide for the well-being of her client's family. Katie is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
