Steven T. Casker was born in Pittsburgh and grew up in Zelienople, Pennsylvania. Steven graduated from Boston College with a degree in Political Science and Northeastern University with a Masters in Criminology. Steven received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific in Sacramento, California, in 2005.

Prior to his employment with Lope Casker, Steven was an associate at the firm of Porter Scott in Sacramento, California. Steven is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Butler County Association, where he serves as the Mock Trial Coordinator.
